30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

IlmaSchool offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for its educational courses. If, within the first 30 days of purchase, you find the course unsatisfactory, you can request a refund by contacting us at support@ilmaschool.com We will process your refund within 5 business days upon receiving your request. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund Eligibility and Process

To be eligible for a refund, kindly ensure that you meet the following criteria:

  • Course Purchase: You must have purchased our educational course through IlmaSchool.
  • Refund Request Timeframe: Your refund request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Course Completion: You should have completed 100% of the course content, including all quizzes and Q&A sessions, with a minimum of 80% correct answers in quizzes.
  • Implementation: You must have implemented all the strategies and techniques covered in the course.

Additionally, please provide the following information before we process your refund:

  • Store Link: Share the link to the store you created after purchasing the course.
  • Facebook Ads Spending: Present a screen recording of your Facebook Ads Manager, indicating a minimum expenditure of INR 25,000 within the last 15 days.
  • Shopify Store Revenue: Include a screen recording of your Shopify store’s revenue dashboard, reflecting the latest data.
  • Roposo Analytics: Provide a screen recording of your Roposo analytics, showcasing the relevant data.

Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at support@ilmaschool.com. In your refund request, include your name, email address, order number, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund. We will carefully review your request and process the refund within 5 business days upon receiving all necessary information. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Incomplete Course: If you have not completed 100% of the course content.
  • Violation of Terms: If you have violated our Terms of Service or Code of Conduct.
  • Previous Refunds: If you have previously received a refund for the same course.

Please ensure you fulfill all the mentioned criteria, including providing the additional information requested, to validate your refund request.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your enrollment in our educational courses at any time. If you cancel within the first 30 days of purchase, you will be eligible for a full refund as per our refund policy. If you cancel after 30 days of purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund.
